Booking and Stay Conditions
By booking a room at our property, the guest agrees to the following conditions:
Tourist Rental
This booking is governed by the regulations on tourist rentals pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c) of Law No. 431/1998. No additional services typically offered by hospitality establishments (such as reception, catering, or daily cleaning) are provided.
Room Ready for Use
The room will be delivered clean, ready for use, and equipped with everything needed for the stay, including bed linen, towels, basic hygiene products, and useful accessories.
Shared Kitchen
A shared kitchen is available for use with the other guests of the property (3 rooms total). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, utensils, and tableware. Guests are expected to respect common areas and clean up after use.
Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in: from 5:00 PM
– Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Any changes must be agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations and Refunds
Depending on the rate selected at the time of booking, one of the following policies will apply:
– Non-Refundable Rate
In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
– Refundable Rate – up to 30 days before arrival
Free cancellation is available if made at least 30 days before the arrival date. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be retained.
– Refundable Rate – up to 7 days before arrival
Free cancellation is available if made at least 7 days before the arrival date. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be retained.
Guest Behavior
Guests are required to respect the apartment, its furnishings, and house rules.
Parties or any behavior that causes disturbance are strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the room must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Unauthorized additional guests may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.
Cleaning and Waste Disposal
The room is delivered clean and tidy. Guests are expected to maintain it in good condition and to dispose of waste properly following the provided guidelines. The shared kitchen must be cleaned after each use.
Pets
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed on the premises for hygiene reasons and to ensure the comfort of all guests. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
